Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a Technical Operations Manager, FSW, to lead the 3-shift production and maintenance teams at the X & Y Plants.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage labor, and ensure safety and operational reliability in forged wheel operations. The ideal candidate has strong supervisory experience in manufacturing, a technical background, and proven ability to lead through influence, with lean principles and Oracle familiarity.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3 years of experience in a technical role in a manufacturing environment.
• ITAR-related eligibility and U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire 3-shift production and maintenance organizations for X & Y Plants, including forging and heat-treating operations.
• Recruit, train, and develop maintenance and operations resources.
• Drive continuous improvement to achieve OEE, value add, and financial goals, building the salaried/hourly organization in CI.
