Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (accredited).
• Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing-based engineering role.
• US work authorization; visa sponsorship not available.
• Capital projects experience in manufacturing (preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, and R&D to support operational excellence and product innovation.
• Provide coaching, performance management and development for engineering staff.
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering capabilities, manufacturing performance and efficiency.
• Direct development, optimization and standardization of processes, tooling, and machining operations.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and HBS initiatives; improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Plan and lead capital investment and automation projects from concept to execution.
• Present technical updates and business cases to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.
