Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (from an accredited university).
• Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing-based engineering role.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, and R&D to support operational excellence, product innovation, and objectives.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Howmet Business System initiatives to enhance safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Plan, evaluate, and lead capital investment and automation projects from concept through implementation.
• Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting to resolve manufacturing/process issues with root-cause analysis.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across engineering and manufacturing activities.
