Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
5 years supervisory experience with increasing responsibilities in a manufacturing environment.
3 years of experience in a technical role in a manufacturing environment.
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.
This position is subject to ITAR; U.S. person status required.

Responsibilities

Oversee the 3-shift production and maintenance for X & Y Plants, including forging and heat-treating.
Recruit, train, and develop maintenance and operations staff.
Continue improvements to hit OEE, value add, and financial goals.
Allocate resources to meet customer demand within financial targets.
Resolve production labor issues and maintain union relations.
Develop salaried workforce to drive improvements across the organization.
Lead root-cause problem solving using structured tools.
