Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Niles Operations is seeking an Off-Shift Production Supervisor to lead the hourly workforce, ensure safety, meet customer demands, and drive continuous improvement across the shop floor.

Under the Area Lead, you will coach teams, enforce EHS policies, implement lean initiatives such as 5S and standardized work, and manage labor relations and production records to maintain on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in heavy manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach hourly workforce to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Enforce EHS policies and document production records.
• Implement lean manufacturing initiatives (5S, standardized work, TPM).
• Direct labor relations, including contract administration and grievances.
• Collaborate with maintenance and EHS to meet customer demands.
• Manage shift performance, output, and on-time delivery.
