The ideal candidate has 1+ year in technical support or IT operations, basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, and experience with monitoring or ticketing tools such as SolarWinds, Grafana, or ServiceNow.

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in technical support, IT operations, or IT service management.
Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, networks, servers, databases, cloud, and security.
Experience with monitoring and ticketing tools such as SolarWinds, Grafana, ServiceNow.
Strong communication, detail orientation, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Monitor IT infrastructure, applications, and security using dashboards.
Troubleshoot, research, and resolve issues following standard procedures.
Communicate status updates and resolution details to internal/external customers.
Log incidents in the ticketing system and escalate as needed.
Assist in testing and validation of product performance and availability.
