Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in technical support, IT operations, or IT service management.
• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networks, servers, databases, cloud and security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor IT infrastructure, applications, and security using various tools and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot, research, and resolve issues following SOPs and best practices.
• Communicate with internal and external customers, providing status updates and feedback.
• Document incidents and problems in the ticketing system and update as needed.
• Escalate incidents to appropriate teams or vendors per SLAs.
• Participate in Service Desk shift rotation and training sessions.
• Handle calls from brokerage firms and provide accurate, courteous responses.
• Update records and assist in testing and validation of product performance.
• Provide feedback to improve operations and customer experience.
• Host troubleshooting calls with SMEs and client communication through tickets.
