Job summary

Akamai is seeking a Technical Marketing Engineer to join the Security Product Marketing team. You will deploy and operate Akamai security products in lab and production-like environments, build proof-of-concept environments, and create demonstrations and technical labs.

You will translate product capabilities into technical assets, collaborate with product management and engineering, and develop blogs, guides, and workshops for technical buyers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on security expertise

• Experience creating demonstrations and proof-of-concept labs

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and operate Akamai security products in lab and production-like environments.
• Build reference architectures, API attack simulations, and agentic workflow scenarios.
• Create reusable demonstrations, hands-on labs, and technical training for customers and field teams.
• Translate product capabilities into technical positioning, solution briefs, and assets for technical buyers.
• Develop technical blogs, white papers, implementation guides, and architecture content.
