i3 Assemblies seeks a Technical Manufacturing Associate 1 to perform high level mechanical and electrical subassembly builds, following detailed manufacturing instructions and drawings. The role requires clear communication and the ability to document processes, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and special projects.

The position is on-site in Owego, NY, with potential overtime and growth within a collaborative environment that values quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Owns tactical execution of supply strategy.
• Follow written manufacturing instructions and read designs/drawings.
• Able to use hand tools and shop tools.
• Skilled with software used for manufacturing processes and tracking.
• Document processes and changes to processes/prints with engineering on production.
• May perform other duties or special projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform high level mechanical and electrical subassembly builds.
• Communicate clearly to excel in the role.
• Follow complex electrical/mechanical prints and instructions.
• Submit changes to processes/prints and collaborate with engineering.
• Support overtime and varying duties as needed.
