Job summary

i3 Assembly is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Associate Assembly 1 in Binghamton, NY. This role handles assembly, preparation and inspection of cable assemblies and related electronics in a fast-paced environment with on-the-job training.

Responsibilities include following work instructions, using hand tools, and supporting production schedules under supervision. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or related experience preferred but not required.
• Up to one (1) year of manufacturing or related experience preferred.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble cables and related products following established work instructions.
• Use hand tools and fixtures to assemble products.
• Follow drawings, instructions, travelers, and production docs.
• Learn basic blueprint reading and interpretation.
