Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year technical high school program or two-year postsecondary technical, trade, or vocational program preferred.
• Technical education in electronics, electrical, electromechanical, manufacturing, mechanical technology, machining, automotive, or a related hands‑on technical field is encouraged.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in hands‑on technical work.
• Willingness and ability to learn new tools, equipment, products, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and follow basic written work instructions, diagrams, and procedures.
• Ability to work with small components requiring good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Dependable with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently complete assigned assembly processes in a consistent, high-quality, and repeatable manner.
• Assemble components according to written and verbal work instructions and established procedures.
• Position and connect parts in the proper sequence and relationship.
• Operate tools, fixtures, and equipment used for fitting, fastening, testing, and assembly operations.
• Inspect completed work and identify potential quality issues.
• Learn additional assembly operations and product lines through hands‑on training.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Wear required PPE and follow all company safety policies, processes, and procedures.
