- Experience leading technology teams in service delivery or facilities management.
- Hands-on, player-coach leadership style.
- Experience with enterprise system implementations and mobilization.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology workstream during mobilization and ongoing operations.
- Oversee implementation, stabilization, and optimization of enterprise technology platforms.
- Drive adoption and reporting through Power BI for executive visibility.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technical team.
- Serve as primary technology advisor to client leadership and operations.
