ISS Facility Services is seeking a Technical Manager to lead technology strategy for a major multi-site client account, blending strategic leadership with hands-on execution to deliver measurable business value.

You will oversee enterprise platforms across diverse real estate types, build a high-performing team, and partner with client leadership to drive operational excellence and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

Experience leading technology teams within service delivery or facilities management environments.
Hands-on, player-coach leadership style.
Experience with multi-site operations and enterprise system implementations.
Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience building and mentoring technical teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the technology workstream during account mobilization and ongoing operations.
Oversee implementation, stabilization, and optimization of enterprise technology platforms.
Drive adoption of ServiceNow, Zan Compute, and Power BI; develop dashboards for executives.
Build and mentor a high-performing technical team; serve as primary advisor to client leadership.
Align technology initiatives with KPIs, SLAs, and operational objectives; establish governance and best practices.
