Job summary
ISS Facility Services - North America is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to drive technology strategy and delivery for a major multi-site client account. You will lead high-performing teams, implement enterprise tech solutions, and partner with executive stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.
You will oversee the implementation and ongoing performance of critical platforms while aligning technology initiatives with client KPIs and SLAs.
Qualifications
- Experience leading technology teams within enterprise service environments.
- Hands-on, player-coach leadership style in a facilities or service-delivery setting.
- Multi-site operational technology experience and enterprise system mobilisation.
- Strong executive stakeholder management and dashboard/reporting skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technology workstream during account mobilisation and ongoing operations.
- Oversee implementation, stabilisation, and optimisation of enterprise technology platforms.
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of ServiceNow (WSD, EAM and/or FSM).
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of Zan Compute and Power BI.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technical team.
- Serve as the primary technology advisor for client leadership.
- Deliver actionable business intelligence and executive reporting through Power BI.
