Walbridge is growing rapidly in Data Centers (ENR top 10) and has a dynamic opportunity for a Technical Manager - CX/Electrical to coordinate and manage all activities related to the construction startup and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and control systems to meet customer needs.

Location: You can live in any US city if you are able to travel 100%.

Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities:

  • Develop critical path schedule: Develop MEP critical path schedule, collaborate with subcontractors and design team to resolve conflicts.
  • Procurement & bid process: Manage equipment procurement, track deliveries, assist with bidding mechanical and electrical trades.
  • CX and Startup: Manage startup and pretesting of mechanical and electrical systems, coordinate quality control and third-party commissioning activities.
  • Coordinate Trades & Documentation: Track critical path construction, review mechanical and electrical submittals.

Qualifications:

  • 4-year engineering degree or equivalent experience and training.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in electrical/mechanical disciplines.
  • Knowledge of construction technology, equipment, materials, methods.
  • Leadership and scheduling capabilities in MEP activities.
  • Preconstruction and procurement experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, valid US driver’s license, and passport required.
