Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree or equivalent physical science degree.
• 7+ years of experience in engineering or related technical activities.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
• United States Citizenship.
• Ability to work on-site as directed by management.
• Regular and reliable attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develops a vision and strategy to assign work to support mission objectives.
• Ensures project outcomes meet objectives and develops staff development plans.
• Prepares staffing plans, budgets, and equipment requirements with validated forecasts.
• Ensures adequate support services through teamwork to meet objectives.
• Implements business practices and metrics to ensure quality of products and services.
• Directly supervises employees; recruits, hires, trains, and evaluates performance.
