Job summary

Honeywell is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to support design and project management of products, programs, and tooling under technical guidance. You will define equipment needs, develop test procedures, and perform analyses to assure manufacturability and quality.

The role requires a BS from an ABET-accredited program in Engineering or Physics and 2+ years of related experience, with up to 10% travel. Remote, hybrid, or on-site work is possible as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree from an ABET-accredited program in Engineering or Physics.
• 2+ years of relevant engineering, analytical, or technical experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management and is determined by business needs.
• United States Citizenship.
• Regular and reliable attendance is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE security clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the design and/or project/process management of products, programs, components, tools, and acceptance equipment under technical guidance; develops manufacturing and/or measuring methods.
• Defines and acquires equipment necessary to manufacture/inspect parts to assure product quality.
• Develops test procedures and performs routine to moderately complex engineering evaluation tests, product and process capability studies, quality audits, and data reviews.
• Interacts with partners, customers, suppliers, and internal organizations to resolve design, development, production, and acceptance issues.
• Prepares evaluation reports, analyzes discrepancies, and initiates improvements to improve productivity and quality.
