Job summary

EverTrue in St. Louis is seeking a Technical Learning Designer & Facilitator to turn complex HR and payroll systems into clear, practical training for adults.

You will design instructor-led, virtual, and on-demand courses, develop job aids for UKG and Workday, and partner across HR, IT, and finance to accelerate adoption. Join a hands-on team focused on building great training and delivering it, while helping teams embrace new processes and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, HR, or related field.
• 4+ years of instructional design, technical training, or learning facilitation experience.
• Hands-on experience with UKG and Workday strongly preferred.
• Ability to break down technical information into plain language for adult learners.

Technical Learning Designer & Facilitator

EverTrue is looking for a Technical Learning Designer & Facilitator who can take complex systems and processes and explain them in a way that is clear, practical, and easy for adult learners to understand.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both building great training and delivering it. You’ll design engaging learning experiences, lead training for employees and leaders, and help teams successfully adopt technology and new processes.

What You’ll Do

• Design and deliver engaging instructor-led, virtual, and on-demand training
• Translate complex systems and processes into simple, learner-friendly training
• Develop training for systems including UKG and Workday
• Create job aids, guides, microlearning, and other practical resources

What We’re Looking For
