EverTrue in St. Louis is seeking a Technical Learning Designer & Facilitator to turn complex HR and payroll systems into clear, practical training for adults.

You will design instructor-led, virtual, and on-demand courses, develop job aids for UKG and Workday, and partner across HR, IT, and finance to accelerate adoption. Join a hands-on team focused on building great training and delivering it, while helping teams embrace new processes and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, HR, or related field.
• 4+ years of instructional design, technical training, or learning facilitation experience.
• Hands-on experience with UKG and Workday strongly preferred.
• Ability to break down technical information into plain language for adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and on-demand training.
• Translate complex systems into simple, learner-friendly training.
• Develop training for UKG and Workday systems.
• Create job aids, guides, microlearning, and practical resources.
• Facilitate onboarding, system training, and professional development programs.
• Partner with HR, IT, Operations, Finance, and other teams on training and system rollouts.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve the learning experience.
