EverTrue is seeking a Technical Learning Designer & Facilitator to advance our learning strategy by designing, developing, and delivering high‑quality learning solutions that support onboarding, system adoption, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.

This role blends instructional design with engaging facilitation to create practical, scalable experiences aligned to our mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in instructional design, technical training, organizational development, or learning facilitation.
• Experience designing and delivering training in complex, multi‑site organizations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies, and facilitation best practices.
• Proficiency with learning management systems and common productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and maintains learning experiences across modalities including ILT, virtual sessions, microlearning, job aids, and on‑demand resources.
• Translates technical content into learner‑centered experiences to support performance and adoption.
• Applies adult learning principles and evaluation methods to ensure learning effectiveness and retention.
• Facilitates in‑person and virtual training sessions for employees, leaders, and managers.
• Leads onboarding, system training, and organizational development workshops aligned with the learning strategy.
• Adapts facilitation to diverse audiences while maintaining consistent messaging.
• Supports creation of learning plans, onboarding paths, and role‑based development.
• Evaluates learning effectiveness through feedback and data; suggests improvements.
• Ensures content aligns with job architecture, competencies, and career progression.
