Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of technical project leadership.
- Experience with workflow automation, integration, and software delivery.
- Experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives as an individual contributor.
Responsibilities
- Lead workflow automation, integration, and digital transformation projects for Workforce Benefits.
- Partner with stakeholders to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Serve as the technical lead for initiatives involving APIs, automation platforms, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical specs, process flows, and API mappings.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and enterprise teams to design scalable solutions.
