Job summary

Infinite Computer Solutions is seeking a Solutions Lead/Architect to steer the technical design and delivery of a complex enterprise workflow modernization program in the United States. You will own the architecture end-to-end, guide a cross-functional delivery team, and serve as the primary technical interface with business stakeholders.

This hands-on leadership role requires both strategic thinking and practical coding review, from business analysts to developers.

Qualifications

Deep BPMN and process modelling expertise with production workflow delivery.
Workflow orchestration experience with Temporal, Camunda, Flowable or AWS Step Functions.
Solid backend development fluency in Python, Java or TypeScript.
Relational database design and performance-aware querying.
Migration from legacy or low-code platforms with a business-logic discovery focus.
Technical discovery capabilities to convert stakeholder input into a specification.

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end solution architecture across orchestration, UI and data layers.
Lead migration design from legacy models to modern workflow orchestration patterns.
Design data architecture including migration strategy, reporting schema and ownership model.
Document build-vs-buy decisions with ADRs and manage risk early.
Guide QA strategy and automation; mentor developers and unblock issues.
Communicate risk and progress to non-technical stakeholders.
