Lockheed Martin Corporation is seeking a Technical Lead (TL) System Engineer for the F-35 Technical Management / Life Cycle Management team. You will guide interdisciplinary engineering activities, develop project technical plans, monitor progress, ensure adherence to policies, and lead SETRs with customers across defense programs.

The role requires applying SE processes per INCOSE, NAVAIR, MIL-STD-499 and IEEE 15288.

Qualifications

• Understanding of full Software (SW) / Hardware (HW) Integrated Life Cycle Development.
• Experience with managing/leading technical assignments.
• Must have secret clearance.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute Systems Engineering processes and discipline as defined by INCOSE, NAVAIR, MIL-STD-499 and IEEE 15288.
• Develop, support and lead technical system engineering technical reviews (SETRs) with customers.
• Create and monitor project technical plans and track progress toward technical goals.
• Collaborate across engineering teams to resolve and integrate requirements and ensure design integrity.
