Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems in Orlando seeks a seasoned professional to oversee mod-kit development for F-35 training systems. You will guide architecture, requirements, and testing while coordinating with cross-functional teams across defense programs.

The role requires 5+ years in product life cycle, experience with simulation tech, and the ability to obtain US DoD clearance. Expect travel to customer sites and leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with product life cycle or 3+ years with a related Masters.
• Experience with simulation systems, production, COTS software/hardware.
• Ability to obtain US DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality across mod-kit development using system engineering methods.
• Lead architecture/design for mod-kit, requirements and testing support.
• Develop plans for new SW/HW releases and retrofits for military teams.
• Support bid/proposal process with metrics and testing insights.
