Job summary

Lockheed Martin Corporation is seeking a Staff Level Program Planner for the TLS F-35 Training Production portfolio. You will lead the development and maintenance of program schedules and the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), interfacing with Engineering, Business Operations, and Program Management to drive program execution.

You will analyze complex data, brief senior management, and mentor peers while delivering compliant solutions on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Expertise in developing/maintaining network schedules (integrity checks, critical-path analysis, data-driven metrics, schedule risk analysis).
• Experience delivering project briefings to internal and external customers.
• Expertise with Earned Value Management (EVM), including cost/schedule integration.
• Influencing and relationship-management abilities.
• Proficiency in network-scheduling tools (MS Project, OpenPlan, Primavera, etc.).
• US citizenship required; ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of program schedules and IMS.
• Analyze complex data and build relationships to drive program execution.
• Interface with Engineering, Business Operations, and Program Management; brief senior management.
• Develop a compliant Integrated Master Schedule reflecting scope and resources.
• Mentor peers and contribute to team training; work independently within a planner community.
