Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an Engineering Associate Manager for the F-35 CNI Hardware IPT within LM Aeronautics. You will lead a team of engineers, mentor staff, and drive technical leadership across CNI avionics with cross-functional collaboration among internal groups and customers.

The role emphasizes project management, proposal support, and staffing forecasting, with a focus on delivering integrated hardware solutions and sustaining program performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited college.
• Experience with project management and CNI subsystems.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor and guide a team of engineers across the F-35 CNI hardware IPT.
• Coordinate with suppliers, Lockheed Martin groups and customers to develop proposals.
• Allocate direct report work assignments and support recruiting and employee development.
• Understand Earned Value management to monitor cost and schedule across projects.
• Interpret customer requirements, create system and equipment level requirements, and develop statements of work, tests, and closures.
