Job summary

Lockheed Martin seeks a Project Engineer for the Customer Programs team in the F-35 LOBe within Engineering & Technology (E&T). You will develop and maintain a thorough understanding of technical scope, cost, and schedule, collaborating with the Program Management office, and driving the Domain Excellence (Dex) team performance.

The role can be located in Fort Worth, TX or Marietta, GA or Palmdale, CA, and includes EV analysis, scope alignment with program objectives, and proposal support with

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related STEM field.
• Experience in project engineering or technical roles.
• EVMS and CAM experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform EV analysis at the contract level and assess impacts on engineering.
• Align technical scope with program objectives and manage engineering scope.
• Collaborate on proposals and changes for F-35 with cross‑functional teams.
• Communicate technical issues to management and drive closure plans.
• Identify cross‑contract gaps and recommended resolutions.
• Identify risks and opportunities and drive closure plans.
• Support shaping proposals and coordinate with PM, Finance & Ops.
