Job summary

Module X Solutions LLC is seeking a Technical Lead to bridge frontline execution and supervision with strong technical expertise. The role requires day‑to‑day leadership, training, issue resolution, and adherence to engineering specs and procedures in a fast‑growing modular manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will mentor teams, drive continuous improvement, ensure safety and productivity, and coordinate with engineers and supervisors to meet production goals in a shop floor setting.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Technical Lead is a hands-on working lead. This role bridges the gap between frontline execution and departmental supervision, offering strong technical expertise, day-to-day leadership, and task coordination within their assigned area. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the tools, equipment, and processes of their department, and capable of training others, resolving production issues, and ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and company procedures.

• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of the work area (5S practices encouraged).
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and cross-functional teams regarding workflow, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify and elevate equipment issues, process inefficiencies, or personnel concerns to management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across production processes.
• Proven hands‑on experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment within the relevant department.
• Advanced understanding of department‑specific tools, materials, and processes.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee sometimes works near moving mechanical parts and is occasionally exposed to excessive noise, extreme heat, extreme cold, and heights. When participating in activities on the shop floor, the noise level in the work environment is typical for a fabrication shop and ear plugs may be used as necessary.
