Module X Solutions is seeking a Technical Lead to act as a hands-on working lead, bridging frontline execution and supervision. You will provide strong technical guidance, lead day-to-day activities in your department, and coach others to meet engineering specifications and procedures.

Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM. You will attend orientation at the normal start time, then the following day you will come in at your schedule of 2:30 PM. While working on the 2nd shift, a $2.00/hour shift differential will be added to the base hourly rate.
The Technical Lead is a hands‑on working lead. This role bridges the gap between frontline execution and departmental supervision, offering strong technical expertise, day‑to‑day leadership, and task coordination within their assigned area. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the tools, equipment, and processes of their department, and capable of training others, resolving production issues, and ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and company procedures.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee sometimes works near moving mechanical parts and is occasionally exposed to excessive noise, extreme heat, extreme cold, and heights. When participating in activities on the shop floor, the noise level in the work environment is typical for a fabrication shop and ear plugs may be used as necessary.
