Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with engineering practices.
• Cloud experience (AWS is a plus).
• Proven leadership in engineering with pragmatic decision-making.
• Strong technical background; ability to design solutions with architects.
• Experience managing multiple projects and leading stakeholder workshops.
• Proficient in project tracking tools (Confluence, Jira).
• Excellent technical writing and ability to influence technical and non-technical decisions.

Aufgaben

• Lead engineering efforts for bids and presales as the primary technical leader.
• Ensure architecture feasibility and alignment with product policy, cost, schedule, and client constraints.
• Participate in Work Breakdown Structure to identify work packages and plan activities.
• Approve main BID/project engineering reviews and deliverables.
• Support customer demos and workshops with technical discussions.
