Innova Solutions is seeking an Identity and Biometric Solutions Technical Lead in Austin, TX. This full-time, 6-month contract role leads engineering efforts forIdentity and Biometric solutions and ensures feasible architectures within cost and schedule constraints.

Responsibilities include leading engineering reviews, planning work packages, and supporting customer demos. Requires 8+ years in software engineering, strong leadership, and proficiency with Confluence/Jira. Hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Over 8 years of software engineering experience.
• Proven engineering leadership experience.
• Strong technical background with architecture collaboration.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and leading workshops with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary technical leader for the engineering part of our offers.
• Ensure architecture feasibility and technology maturity within constraints.
• Elaborate Work Breakdown Structure to identify work packages and plan engineering activities.
• Approve main BID/project engineering reviews and deliverables.
• Support customer demos and technical discussions.
