Innova Solutions is seeking a Project Manager/Delivery Lead for Banking Operations on a contract (12+ months) with a hybrid work arrangement in Charlotte, NC and Irving, TX. The role emphasizes guiding projects, coordinating deliverables, and aligning with Operations throughout enhancements.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of delivery experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, and SharePoint in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or product delivery experience.
• Ability to facilitate meetings, track timelines and manage issues.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, and SharePoint.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate project meetings.
• Manage enhancements and determine how they may affect Operations.
• Ensure procedure updates, demos, training, and communications are completed for each enhancement impacting Operations.
• Troubleshooting issues and collaborating with team members to find solutions.
• Liaison with leadership as needed.
