Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a Technical Lead to architect and guide secure DoD cloud and network environments from our Fairfax, VA location. The role blends on-site and remote work with travel to government facilities to deliver integrated AI and cloud solutions.

You will lead a team of engineers, drive security, compliance, and cloud migrations while engaging with DoD customers and ECS partners to ensure mission success. A TS/SCI eligible clearance and a strong DoD IT background are required.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen is required and TS/SCI eligibility is needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/ISM or STEM field is required.
• 5+ years delivering and sustaining technical and cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect, configure, and manage secure DoD environments.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Ensure security compliance, patch management, and risk mitigation.
• Support hybrid on-site/remote operations with occasional SCIF visits.
• Engage with customers and program managers to drive delivery strategy.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and partners.
