Job summary

Everforth ECS seeks a Chief Technology Officer to lead the Defense Enterprise portfolio from our Fairfax, VA office. You will be the senior technical architect, sales engineering leader, and strategist, shaping secure, executable solutions for DoD Fourth Estate agencies and Combatant Commands.

Reporting to the Defense Enterprise Account Portfolio Leader, you will own technology strategy across cloud modernization, AI/ML, autonomy, and enterprise IT, guiding delivery teams and engaging customers

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, data science, cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
Significant experience leading complex technology solutions in the federal or national security market.
Experience supporting DoD customers, preferably Fourth Estate agencies or Combatant Commands.
Active security clearance at the appropriate level, with eligibility to obtain additional accesses.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the account technology strategy in alignment with customer missions, market priorities, growth objectives, and company capabilities.
Maintain an informed view of Fourth Estate and Combatant Command missions, architectures, acquisition priorities, and operational challenges.
Translate emerging technologies and customer demand signals into offerings, technical roadmaps, qualified opportunities, and investment recommendations.
Advise the Account Portfolio Leader on technology priorities, capability gaps, partnerships, and technical talent.
Connect corporate capabilities, intellectual property, solution accelerators, and subject‑matter experts to account needs.
