Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions is seeking a Technical Consultant to join our Corporate IT team in a hybrid role across Canton, MA; Boston, MA; Farmington, CT or Raleigh, NC. You will guide an autonomous agile team through the full SDLC, delivering scalable, API-driven enterprise solutions using Java and modern frameworks.

Expect to own architecture decisions, design robust systems, and push for secure, maintainable code.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 9+ years of related experience.
• Experience across Java, SQL and JavaScript stack.
• Knowledge of cloud-native, AI-enabled solutions and APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as a technical lead helping translate business requirements into quality solutions.
• Designs and develops enterprise applications using Java frameworks and APIs.
• Owns non-functional requirements: performance, resiliency, security, and operational readiness.
• Collaborates across IT to deliver end-to-end systems using agile methods.
• Mentors juniors and promotes clean code practices.
