Job summary

Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions is seeking an IT Manager to join our Corporate IT team. The role supports applications, technologies, and infrastructure, acting as a liaison across internal and external customers across multiple offices in the U.S. and hybrid schedule.

You will lead cross-functional projects, coach engineers, and advance DevSecOps, CI/CD and AI initiatives while aligning with security and governance expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience with strong leadership.
• 7–10 years IT/ software engineering experience with complex delivery.
• Hands-on development with modern engineering practices and cloud delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT team and manage cross-functional project delivery.
• Build strong business relationships with leaders and vendors.
• Advance DevSecOps capabilities and automated testing.
• Oversee AI/GenAI adoption in development and operations.
