Job summary

GrayMatter is seeking a Technical Lead for Building Automation to drive control systems and SCADA implementations across data centers and industrial facilities. The role emphasizes meticulous execution, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company values.

Remote work is supported with opportunities for onsite travel as needed. A strong background in PLCs, electrical distribution, and project leadership is required, with compensation in the range of $140,000–$170,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in building automation or industrial controls.
• Experience with PLC platforms (Allen-Bradley, Modicon, Siemens) and field start-up.

Responsibilities

• Perform GrayMatter services focusing on controls and SCADA in data center, power, and manufacturing.
• Design, develop, and implement automated process solutions for facilities.
• Act as project team contributor for projects of all sizes.
• Assist in project development, planning, and engineering.
• Support on-site start-up, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
• Help build training curriculum for site teams.
