Job summary

Tech Holding, based in Los Angeles, seeks a seasoned Technical Lead to guide a distributed engineering team across Los Angeles, Mexico, and India. The role is primarily onsite with 4 days per week in the DTLA and Beverly Hills corridor, driving architecture, development, and delivery across time zones.

You will work hands-on with TypeScript, Node.js, and Microsoft Azure, promoting AI-assisted development and ensuring scalable, high-quality software.

• Hands-on leader with architecture experience and ability to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to align multiple teams across time zones and locations.
• Experience guiding or delivering production applications in modern cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for distributed engineering teams across LA, Mexico, and India.
• Own technical direction, architecture decisions, engineering standards, and implementation strategy.
• Remain hands-on with development using TypeScript and Node.js.
• Design and build scalable applications and services within Microsoft Azure.
• Lead technical design discussions and translate requirements into engineering solutions.
• Review code, provide guidance, and help engineers solve complex challenges.
• Coordinate development across distributed teams and ensure alignment on priorities and delivery.
