Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking a Technical Lead to guide a capable engineering team on modern .NET/Angular solutions. Hybrid role with three on-site days per week in Tempe or Tucson, AZ; ideal for leaders who enjoy hands-on coding and architectural influence.

You'll mentor developers, drive full-stack delivery, collaborate with architects, and ensure engineering best practices while delivering scalable cloud-based applications using Azure, SQL Server, and modern tooling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with C# and .NET technologies.
• Recent Angular development experience.
• Experience designing and developing full-stack applications.
• SQL Server and relational database expertise.
• Ability to write and optimize stored procedures.
• Azure cloud experience.
• Experience leading technical initiatives or development teams.

Responsibilities

• Leading technical delivery efforts across application development projects.
• Collaborating with architects on system design and implementation strategies.
• Providing guidance and mentorship to development teams.
• Participating in code reviews and enforcing engineering best practices.
