Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- Experience leading design or architecture for a major system.
- Mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
- Strong web, API, and full-stack development experience.
- Cloud-native development with scalable patterns.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and design decisions for cloud-based apps and APIs.
- Champion AI tools to boost development efficiency and testing.
- Build modern web interfaces using .NET, TypeScript, React/Next.
- Own identity and access design with Okta and cloud providers.
- Drive cloud tool usage across Azure/AWS; evaluate platforms.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and guidance.
- Set engineering standards for code quality, CI/CD, security.
- Lead root-cause analysis and post-incident write-ups.
- Participate in agile planning, standups, retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture roadmap.
