Job summary

Nemean Solutions, LLC is seeking a Technical Instructor Level I/Medical Simulations to serve as on-site Site Lead, delivering medical and mission command training using MCIS, VBS3, GFT, and related tools. The role requires expert instruction, program coordination, and hands-on coaching of Soldiers and staff.

Ideal candidate has extensive supervisory experience, military training background, and the ability to design and assess training through post-exercise reviews and AARs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years of supervisory experience in complex programs.
• Experience in military training and training support at a senior level.
• Completion of CGSC/Brigade Commander or equivalent military schooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site Site Lead and manage daily contract operations.
• Deliver instruction using MCIS and GFT per approved POI.
• Train Soldiers and staff in medical operations and warfare functions.
• Develop training materials, rosters, rubrics, and evaluation tools.
• Coordinate pre-exercise plans, injections, and system checks.
• Provide coaching and over-the-shoulder instruction to MCIS operators.
