Job summary

Nemean Solutions, LLC is seeking a Technical Instructor Level II/Gaming Instructor to deliver training with Army MCIS, CPCE, VBS3, and DXTRS. You will coach unit operators, conduct post-training assessments, and support exercise cells to build readiness for government customers.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, Army MCIS expertise, and prior instructor experience. Core hours apply, with benefits including health plans and a 401k match.

Qualifications

• Completion of the U.S. Army Senior Leader Course or higher.
• Two or more years of military training or instructional experience.
• Subject matter expertise in MCIS, gaming, and simulations (CPCE, VBS3, DXTRS).
• Experience with operations and training requirements for a Battalion-or-higher command post.
• U.S. citizenship required for access under Secret clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual, collective, and leader training using MCIS, VBS3, GFT, and simulation drivers.
• Operate supported-unit MCIS and provide over-the-shoulder training.
• Develop coaching logs, SOPs, and quick-reference guides for unit operators.
• Support EXCON/HICON and response-cell operations during training events.
• Prepare AARs and training effectiveness reports after exercises.
• Submit training deliverables to the Government-approved format on time.
