Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking a Technical Instructor I Medical Simulations to deliver training using MCIS, CPCE, VBS3, and GFT for US Army personnel. You will design and execute lessons, measure effectiveness with post-training assessments, and refine materials for future readiness.

The role requires teaching Soldiers and leaders in medical operations, leading to measurable training outcomes and rosters. A current security clearance and Army MCIS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills for learning and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction using MCIS and GFT per POIs and lesson plans.
• Develop multimedia courseware and scenario scripts with MCIS content.
• Train Soldiers and leaders in MCIS and medical operations.
• Assist planning and preparation of mission command training and exercises.
• Provide over-the-shoulder coaching and SME guidance to unit operators.
• Support training events and produce post-event evaluations and AARs.
