Job summary

You will support mission command training planning, develop scenario scripts, and coach junior instructors, ensuring alignment with Army doctrine and POIs.

Qualifications

• Be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction using MCIS and GFT technology in accordance with Army plans and POI; serve as medical training SME.
• Contribute to the design of graphics, windowing, animation, feedback, and branch planning in instruction; publish slide decks and scenario scripts.
• Train Soldiers and leaders in MCIS, medical operations, and warfighting tasks; use evaluation rubrics and matrices to assess proficiency.
• Assist Training Support Team in mission command training planning and exercise preparation; create planning artifacts and checklists.
• Operate MCIS and provide over-the-shoulder training; develop Quick Reference Guides and SOPs for unit operators.
• Serve as MCIS and Gaming Instructor SME to JBSA trainers; document cross-training and advisory reports.
• Cross-train in additional MCIS and simulations to support training at individual and collective levels.
• Support training events EXCON/HICON/response cells and After Action Reviews per doctrine and operational environment.
• Report to Training Support Lead with monthly status reports detailing hours, classes, systems issues, and milestones.
