Job summary

Nemean Solutions LLC, with headquarters in Sierra Vista, AZ, seeks an experienced Technical Instructor Level II/Gaming Instructor to train Army personnel on MCIS, CPCE, VBS3, and related simulation tools. The role emphasizes coaching, over-the-shoulder instruction, and evaluating training effectiveness.

You will develop coaching materials, lead sessions, and support EXCON/HICON operations during events, ensuring alignment with doctrine and training environments.

Qualifications

• Completion of the U.S. Army Senior Leader Course or higher.
• Completion of a formal course on one or more U.S. Army MCIS.
• Two or more years of military training or instructional experience.
• Subject matter expertise in one or more MCIS, tools, and training simulations, specifically CPCE, VBS3, and DXTRS.
• Experience with operations and training requirements for a Battalion-or-higher command post.
• U.S. citizenship, as required for access associated with the Secret-clearance requirement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual, collective, and leader training using MCIS, VBS3, GFT, and low-overhead simulation drivers to build Government personnel and unit training readiness.
• Operate supported-unit MCIS and provide over-the-shoulder training and coaching to unit MCIS operators.
• Provide subject matter expertise in MCIS, gaming, and simulations, including CPCE, VBS3, and DXTRS.
• Develop and maintain daily coaching and observation logs, technical SOPs, and quick-reference guides for unit operators.
• Support EXCON, HICON, and response-cell operations during training events and exercises.
• Conduct leader and staff individual and collective command-post, exercise, and institutional training in accordance with current doctrine and the Decisive Action Training Environment/Operational Environment.
