Job summary

Xylem in Pewaukee, WI seeks an Inside Sales Representative to be the main customer contact, handling quotes, pricing, orders, and service coordination. You will work closely with sales, operations, and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing and timely proposals, while maintaining records and supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in customer support, inside sales, order management, or related fields.
• Strong communication, organization, and numerical skills.
• Familiarity with BOMs, drawings, and pricing concepts.
• Experience with Excel and SAP ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for customers with prompt, professional responses.
• Provide product information, pricing, availability, and order updates.
• Review requests, prepare quotations and proposals for customers and sales teams.
• Coordinate with order management to ensure accurate processing and records.
