Job summary

Stored Energy Systems (SENS) in Longmont, CO is seeking a Sales Support Representative to assist both inside and outside sales with quotes and orders, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with customers.

The role requires an organized, responsive, and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and leverage CRM and ERP tools to improve pricing, order entry, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales support, inside sales, customer service, order management, or a similar customer-facing business environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Ability to develop technical product knowledge.
• Experience working with a CRM.
• Experience working with ERP, CPQ, or order-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage Quotes & Purchase Orders
• Prepare accurate and timely quotations for standard SENS products.
• Review customer purchase orders against approved quotations for pricing, quantities, product configuration, shipping requirements, and other key details.
• Identify discrepancies and work with customers or the sales team to resolve them before order entry.
• Enter and process orders accurately while meeting SENS Order Management requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and customer information throughout the quote-to-order process.
• Partner with the Sales Team
• Work closely with Inside Sales and Outside Sales to help move opportunities from customer inquiry through order.
• Provide sales representatives with the information and coordination needed to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Help maintain accurate opportunity, quote, and customer information in HubSpot and SENS systems.
• Proactively communicate issues, delays, or customer needs that could impact an opportunity or order.
• Improve How We Work
• Partner with Sales Operations and other cross-functional teams to improve quoting, order processing, CRM, and customer-facing processes.
• Identify opportunities to make SENS easier to do business with.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within HubSpot, CPQ, and other sales systems.
