Job summary

Jobot seeks Sales Representatives for a metal casting division. You will own bookings and new business growth for a process industry product line, primarily from an office-based seat with engineering support behind you.

Build prospecting plans, leverage your network, follow RFQs to close orders, and manage accounts through the full sales cycle. Travel up to 25% and a college degree or equivalent experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Inside sales experience with a track record of closing new business.
• Strong listening, presentation and written communication skills.
• Technical aptitude to learn an engineered product.
• Daily CRM discipline and strategic prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Own bookings and grow new business for a metal casting product line.
• Build and execute prospecting and lead follow-up plans.
• Develop sales plans aligned with plant strategy and capacity.
• Follow RFQs to determine customer needs and close the order.
• Manage the account sales process from pre-call to close.
• Maintain relationships with key decision makers and keep CRM current.
