Job summary

SIBA in Northern New Jersey seeks a Technical Inside Sales Project Manager to support our North American Engineering and Sales teams. The role blends sales focus with technical input to customers, OEMs, distributors, and field reps to drive pre- and post-sale success.

You will provide proposals and technical presentations, apply project management methods, and travel lightly within North America. A background in power electronics, Sage software, and Excel is preferred; bilingual Spanish is a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Project Management and Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Management.
• Experience in power electronics and power systems.
• Capable of providing proposals, commercial and technical assistance to engineers and reps.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned sales personnel to achieve sales goals.
• Contribute to annual sales strategy and action plans.
• Conduct product, customer and market research.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations.
• Analyze customer needs and propose technical solutions.
• Travel light within North America as needed.
• Support Field Sales force and channel partners.
