Job summary

Cisco-Eagle is hiring for an Inside Sales Associate in the Dallas, Texas area to support our web sales channel and provide excellent customer service. You will handle inquiries, quote requests, order statuses, and product recommendations, learning products quickly and communicating technical details to customers.

You will process orders in our ERP, verify part numbers and prices, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in inside sales, customer service, or a call center environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and NetSuite ERP preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort discussing technical products.
• Proficiency with Windows-based applications.
• Experience in material handling equipment is a plus, but not required.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to leads generated through the company website and online inquiries.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to customer questions about products and technical systems.
• Prepare accurate quotes and process sales orders in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time, accurate order delivery.
• Serve as a point of contact for both internal and external customers, handling inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Address customer concerns with a courteous, solutions-oriented approach.
